Thought pimples were something you would leave behind in high school? Sadly, it isn't always the case. Scrub Up
Dead skin cells can trap oil and dirt in the skin, which can lead to breakouts. So it's wise to use a gentle exfoliant two to three times a week to slough off the dead skin.

Hands Off
Many of us are guilty of letting our hands stray to our face unnecessarily touching our chin (an area that can be prone to breakouts) while reading on the computer, for example. But this can introduce bacteria, which makes the skin more susceptible to breakouts.

Skin health is just like regular health so a balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables loaded with antioxidants can help make your skin healthier, and clearer. Don't Fear Moisture
