SUCCESS STRATEGY:

“Dream big, have a clear vision and focus on helping others!”

Observing my dad dedicate his life to the county of Orange, California, for more than 22 years, with little flexibility in his work routine and salary, I discovered at a young age that having a choice about my schedule and income was extremely important to me.

I taught elementary school briefly before discovering the mortgage business. After many successful years as a mortgage broker, I took off for a year-and-a-half to experience a dream. I created 28 different jobs in 27 countries, working my way around the world. During this life-altering adventure, I realized there was more to life than continuously chasing the almighty dollar, with little time for anything else. Creating quality relationships, earning a substantial income and making time to enjoy it was far more rewarding and the balance I needed.

When ERVP Regina Noetzoldt introduced me to Arbonne, I knew the products were incredible and there was something really special about this company. In the first few months of my Arbonne business, I was so inspired by the opportunity to earn a trip to Atlantis in the Bahamas, and it became another travel dream for me. Imagine, I was earning this trip while doing a job I loved, sharing Arbonne with friends and family. The following year my dream was to earn an ASAP incentive trip to Cancún, which included spending time with the top Field leaders in the company. This dream was realized and really fun and rewarding, as well!

At NTC Las Vegas in 2005, I was so touched to see ENVP Andy Inman on stage with so many of his family members in his business! The incredible opportunities with Arbonne include working as a team, creating time together and having the potential to earn the income of your choice, all with your family. This created a dream I wanted within my own team, given my own family is very small. Another dream I had was to tap into the ever-growing hispanic market in California and make a difference in as many lives as possible. The following month after NTC, I met Viviana Camacho and sponsored her later in the year. She sponsored her sister, mother, aunt, husband and numerous other family members and became an RVP in May of 2006. She is one of Arbonne’s first latin division RVPs. Once again, I realized it is worth it to dream. Still, all the while it did not seem like I had a burning Why for doing this business.

Meanwhile, I attended events with Dr. John Maxwell, Michael Clouse, President Rita Davenport, ENVP Sandra Tillinghast, ENVP Donna Johnson and many other powerful leaders in our industry four or five times minimum a year. What I heard and realized was how important having a dream is for success. For me, dreams are what I get excited about and think about all the time. Soon they become a vision or something I can see myself doing. Visions are important to focus on and can create realities for each and every one of us. Without that clear picture of the result and believing I deserve it, I have experienced difficulty succeeding at some of my goals. When I heard Dr. Shad Helmstetter speak at our training in San Diego last November, I marveled when he clicked away at the computer keyboard to show a great visual about how our internal, self-talk automatically runs our mental programming in everything we do. I knew I needed to get his CD program and have it on three times a day. From that time forward I have listened to his CDs three to four days a week. The difference in my lifestyle is amazing only six short months later. This brings me to something else so special about being an Arbonne Consultant: I love the never-ending personal growth with this opportunity. There is always personal growth involved for each person wherever they may be and whatever they want to accomplish.

To my team: I am so grateful to all the men and women that I have the pleasure of working with for their efforts and accomplishments, especially RVP Viviana Camacho, AM-in-qualification William Camacho, AM Sonia Jemio, DM Esther Heath, DM Kristi Stone and many dedicated Consultants who buys product at a discount. You all deserve success. To Regina: Thank you for thinking of me and introducing me to Arbonne.

To ENVP Jerry Conti: Thank you for your endless dedication and ongoing training. To ENVP Jana Good: Many thanks for all your expertise. To ENVP Sandra Tillinghast and her husband, NVP Ted Tillinghast: I will be forever grateful to you for being such incredible role models.

To my crossline Arbonne sisters, ERVP Joanne Lavin and ERVP Ruby Vos: You offer support and guidance like no others.

To all my Clients: Thank you for your friendship, love and joy you bring to my life. I could not accomplish it all without you.

To my brother, Charlie, and my niece, Kaili: I really appreciate your consistent Arbonne orders. You are so special and Kaili is so smart! She created my tagline, “The Joy of the Arbonne Brande” (There is a silent “e” on the end of my name.)

To Arbonne Founder Petter Mørck: Thank you for creating the quality company of Arbonne! To President Rita Davenport, Chairman & CEO Bob Henry, Executive Vice President Stian Mørck, Sr. VP of Product Development & Field Events, Candace Keefe and the Home Office staff: Thank you for making it possible for us to represent pure, safe, beneficial products and a life-changing opportunity! I am so grateful for Arbonne and everything it offers!
