This achievement is definitely a team success and not merely the accomplishment of one person! Watching everyone work together as a team and helping others accomplish their individual goals has been one of the most impressive aspects of this amazing journey. Even people who do not benefit from our team’s success have helped us along the way. Your success will come naturally as a result of helping others reach their goals.
I worked with a Fortune 500 company for about 15 years after college and considered myself successful. I learned a lot, got excellent reviews and was given opportunities to take on new responsibilities during my time there. The biggest challenge came when we had children. Neither my work schedule, or my husband’s, provided the flexibility that we needed to properly raise our small children. Something had to give. Fortunately, it was possible for me to quit my job and devote myself to being a stay-at-home mom. However, because the technology industry my husband worked in experienced a drastic setback, we found ourselves in financial uncertainty. Every few months, when his company downsized again, we would worry about whether his name would be on the list this time around. We knew we needed a plan B.
As I searched for a way to contribute, I discovered how difficult it was to find something that offered both the flexibility I needed and a worthwhile compensation. The only option was to be in business for myself. However, investing a large amount of capital into starting a business was not going to relieve our financial stress and we did not want to take that risk. After about a year of searching for something, my friend, Robin, introduced me to Arbonne. I was interested from the beginning and the more I learned, the more excited I got. Not only could Arbonne become our plan B, it could also potentially provide the means for us to do some of the things we had dreamed of. I now look forward to the vacation home we will have in the Northwest, near our extended families. Also, the thought of paying off our mortgage, paying for our children’s college expenses and giving my husband the choice to work where he wants and spend more time at home is so exciting. Arbonne is truly a gift and I am so thankful Robin shared it with me 10 months ago.
Once I saw all that Arbonne had to offer, I jumped in with both feet and never looked back. With our duplicable system, I saw that I could simply follow my leaders and I would get there. I was not sure how long it would take me, but I knew I would become an RVP. I was told the only way I would not make it was to quit, and that was not an option. So, here I am today, driving my new, white Mercedes-Benz by participating in the Mercedes-Benz Cash Bonus Program and loving it.
Determination is really the key in this business. You must figure out what you truly want from this experience and then be determined to accomplish it. Life can get busy for all of us and there may be people who will not believe in what you are doing. Do not let those circumstances crush your dreams. Make up your mind and do not stop until you get there. Ask yourself where you would like to be in five years and if what you are currently doing will get you there.
Do you currently have the potential for financial and time freedom that you desire? Are you in control of your future or is someone else?
