How many times have you hoped, wished, dreamed things would be different? Have you wanted more time to spend with your family at home or traveling to see the world? Have you ever wanted to reach out and share with someone in their time of need? Have you ever wished the world to be a nicer, more gracious place? I am convinced that with Arbonne you can “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
These were thoughts I had from time to time in my life; wondering if there was a better way. It was not that I had really lacked for anything prior to Arbonne. In fact, I thought my life was in an incredible place. I am married to the most wonderful husband in the world. He is absolutely amazing and makes my life complete. We have been blessed with three beautiful girls; Tayah, Halia and Nohea, each given their own special gift to share with this world. My husband and I were able to work together coaching women’s collegiate volleyball for 11 years; something we have both been very passionate about for as long as I can remember. Life seemed complete.
Then came Arbonne. It was my parents’ vision and persistence in sharing that made me see not only what Arbonne could do for my family, but what it could do for so many others along the way. I have to admit, it did take me a while to arrive at that conclusion. I was like so many and had all the reasons not to add Arbonne to my life. I was incredibly busy. I did not use skin care products. I had never sold anything in my life. But, I understood that my parents saw something much bigger and better. They are successful business owners and I value their opinion greatly. So, despite reservation, I jumped in with both feet and have never looked back.
The concept of making Arbonne a business is very simple. You are showing people a different place to shop. They spend money on these products somewhere else right now. You can show them how to buy pure, safe and beneficial products at a discount. If they choose to share with family and friends, they can see the financial benefits as well. The system is simple, but it is still work. You must open your mouth and talk to people about our products and the opportunity. At first it might seem difficult to do, but as you build belief in the products and the opportunity it becomes easier and is very rewarding.
If you really pay attention and listen to what is happening, you will find that so many people are searching for more; more time, more money, more choices, more freedom. Arbonne can offer people all of these and more. So many of us had big hopes and dreams years ago and then life happened. We became distracted and over time seemed to place those hopes and dreams aside. With Arbonne not only can you achieve your hopes and dreams, but you get to help other people achieve theirs along the way. That is the best part.
This is a time when most Americans spend more money per month than they are bringing into their home. The biggest stress for most people is financial. I love people. Having the ability to show them how to alleviate that stress is very rewarding. People are looking for alternatives to what they are currently doing more so than ever before. You have the ability to show them another way. I am so grateful my parents showed me another way. Most people will be very grateful that you have offered them an alternative to what they are currently doing.
This is also a time when so people are looking for someone else to come forward and make a change that will positively affect us all. We look for our neighbors, family or strangers to make the changes we want to see in our communities and in our lives. Arbonne gives us the tools to make the changes we want to see locally and globally. It takes some courage to accept the challenge to contribute. But, the rewards are endless. With Arbonne, you can take your life and make it what you want it to be and you can show others how to do the same. It is very powerful to be in control of your life. Most people turn their power over to someone else and are not always happy with the outcome. With Arbonne, you hold the pen and have the ability to write your own story.
There are so many people to recognize for our team becoming a Nation. First, I would like to thank God. You are so gracious and have such big plans for each and every one of us. I know that You want us to live a life of abundance. You have led me down the path to where I am today. Thank You for all the blessings You have given me along the way.
I would like to thank my parents for all they have contributed to my life. I know that I have been shaped and molded by two amazing people. I am so blessed to have you so close with our family. The move closer to you has been incredible. It is wonderful to have your influence in our family. I look forward to the day when you both are at the very top of Arbonne. It will be even better with you both by my side. With your work ethic and giving spirit, there is not a doubt in my mind that you will be there sooner than you know.
My family has been incredible along this journey. Kalani, you have always been so supportive in whatever I choose to pursue. Thank you for always believing in me. I cherish the family that we have become. I am certain the next phase of our life together will be truly amazing. I love you with all my heart. Tayah, Halia and Nohea, you are the best children in the world. Your tender loving spirits warm our hearts. Thank you for your support along the way. I love the way you have embraced our Arbonne business and made it a family affair.
To ENVP Lynn Hagedorn, I have learned much from you and value your wisdom and experience greatly. Our road trips together have produced memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for staying the course when the times were not easy. You have such a vision and an ability to share it with others. It is inspiring for all those around you. It is obvious to see why you are such an incredible leader in Arbonne.
To ERVP Jane Obermeier, what if we had not walked into the open house you were hosting the day we met? From a stranger to a cherished friend; my life has been forever changed since you have become a part of it. I love our lunches, daily talks and time spent together. You will be an ENVP with Arbonne; I know it and so do you. It will be fun to celebrate and spend our days on the “Arbonne beach” together.
To our other Regional Vice Presidents, ERVP Lee Ann Leyh, RVP Mary Hatala and RVP Cristin Marshall, you are next. All of you are incredible leaders for your teams. You are equipped with the tools and have the drive to all be EVNPs with Arbonne. I am so honored to call you my friends. You are all such wonderful people. I love being able to build our businesses together.
EAM Michelle Coulter, you are amazing. I do not think you know how good you are with everything you do in life. Whatever you touch and whatever might be in your path will be better after you touch it. I cannot wait for the day that you become all that you are capable of being in Arbonne. You have been an ENVP in making since you came on board. That day is coming and it will be so much fun to celebrate with you.
To all of our Area Managers, District Managers and Consultants, thank you for all that you do. I wish that I had the time and space to thank each and every one of you individually. Believe with confidence that these levels are stepping-stones on your way to the top with Arbonne. If you are intentional and consistent, you will get to where you want to go with Arbonne. We are all on different time paths in this business, but the fun part is that we can cheer each other on as we move forward together.
President Rita Davenport and Chairman & CEO Bob Henry, you are both incredible people. You are one of the largest reasons we are having success. Your leadership abilities are second-to-none and I continue to be inspired with the way you lead by example. Thank you taking the time to care about each and every one of us.
