“Stay plugged into your upline and attend all of the events for your team.”
When I started my Arbonne career less than a year ago, I never could have imagined my future. It has been an incredible experience, and worth all of the “nos” and long days I encountered, in order to achieve ENVP.
I am so thankful Rick and Michelle Teague moved to my hometown of Mansfield, TX and joined my church. Without their vision and incredible leadership, and the leadership of my upline, I would never have known about the Arbonne opportunity. For all of you just starting your Arbonne journey, be passionate about what you are doing. Arbonne is a gift and the people who you share Arbonne with will be thankful you did. Sharing the gift of Arbonne has been one of the biggest joys of my life. I cannot think of anything more fulfilling than helping the people I love and care about improve their lives and potentially improve their financial future. When you really understand and believe in this concept, your business will explode and so will the business of others on your team.
Over the past several years, I began to wonder what my purpose was in life. I began searching for what I believed was God’s purpose. I began volunteering at my church and other ministries. I knew God wanted me to touch people’s lives, I just was not sure how. I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives because so many people had made a huge impact on mine. I also loved being a leader, and helping people grow and become the person they wanted to be.
I had been a stay-at-home mom for years and although I loved being home with my children, I was looking for more personal fulfillment. I began searching when my daughter, Brianna, started kindergarten. I wanted to be involved in something that made a difference in people’s lives and could be a plan B, as well. When I was young, my father had a back injury and became disabled. I learned very early in life that having a plan B was important. I know most people do not plan on divorce, layoffs, deaths, injuries or other disasters; however, they do happen. I never would have guessed Arbonne would be exactly what I was looking for.
Through Arbonne, I am fulfilling my purpose — I touch people’s lives, I am a leader, I have gained personal growth and the potential to create a residual income as a plan B. My plan B did not stay that way for long. After becoming an RVP in five months and seeing my business continue to explode, Arbonne quickly became our plan A.
Be passionate when you share Arbonne. It could change your life and the lives of the people you care about. Most of us come across one or two life-changing opportunities. Arbonne was that life changing opportunity for me. If you do not have this belief yet, lean on mine until you get yours. The only difference between you and I is that I chose to do Arbonne with a huge belief system and a “no matter what” attitude.
We all have bumps in the road during our journey to success. You will get “nos” and receive “no shows.” You will get discouraged, have a bad day, or have something work out differently than you thought it should have. This builds character, makes you a stronger leader and strengthens your commitment. If you start an Arbonne business, stay plugged in to your upline and attend all of the events for your team. You can be successful.
When I started Arbonne, if you had told me I could be where I am today, with the potential to change the financial future for my family, I would have thought you were crazy. Now, I have more hope for the future than ever before.
I want to thank everyone on my team for your belief in the network marketing industry and Arbonne. More than anything, I want to see each of you reach your goals and become RVPs and NVPs. I know all of you can do it.

To my sister, Cheree: I am so proud of you. You have become a great leader and I know God has an incredible future for you.
To my mom, Linda Chelette: No one deserves becoming an RVP more than you. You have always made many sacrifices for others in your life. You are a natural RVP. You always lead and give others your time. You are just getting paid a little better for it now. I am so proud of you and cannot wait to see you become an NVP.
To David and Kether Wilson: You are incredible people. Your friendship and love have been so special to both Ron and me. We love that we are doing Arbonne together. Kether, thank you for your belief in Arbonne and being the first person to join me in this incredible business. When we started this business less than a year ago, I never thought we would be NVPs together. You have been an incredible leader and role model. I am so proud to call you a friend, mentor and business partner.
I have many friends who have started their own Arbonne businesses, and many family members who have joined me. Building a stronger relationship with you means more than you know. To my sisters, Charlotte, Cheree, Chantel, Melissa, Becky and Melinda: I love you. I am so thankful we are doing this together and building something that is more than a business; we are building a future. I am thankful Arbonne has brought me closer to each of you in different way. To my aunt, Tammy Richert: I love you and love building a future together. I cannot wait to read your Eye on Arbonne story. To, James, Mona, Michele and Donald: I love all of you and I love being able to build a business and change lives together. I cannot wait until we have even more family members driving white Mercedes-Benzes to our family reunions.
More than anyone else, I want to thank the love of my life, Ron: Thanks for being an incredible leader and husband. Every day, I feel more blessed to be loved by you. You are my rock, and having your love and support has meant everything to me. I cannot wait until you are right up here with me as an ENVP. I know you earned this with me. I am looking forward to the life we have ahead of us and to our future we have with Arbonne.
To Devin and Brianna: Mom loves you more and more every day. You are so special to me. I am so thankful Arbonne is providing a way for all of us to spend more time together and build more memories that will last a lifetime. Building an Arbonne business for you and your future has been my biggest Why.
Thank you, God, for the way You have answered so many of my prayers. You knew exactly what I needed in this life.
The gift of Arbonne has mended relationships, provided the potential to help my family achieve financial freedom, given us more time as a family and given me the vehicle to make a difference in people’s lives. I love working with the incredible leaders who are developing all around me.
To our corporate team: Thank you for your vision and leadership. To President Rita Davenport: You inspire so many people to become the leaders they were intended to become. To Chairman and CEO Bob Henry: Thank you for your insight in this industry and for bringing us from where we were to where we are going.
To Rachele and Jerry Nichols, Karla and Ron Driskill, and Michelle and Rick Teague: Thank you for the leadership and training you have provided, and for going before us and paving the way so others can walk in your path. I am honored to be in your SuccessLine and under you leadership. The leadership and integrity you show every day to everyone on your team and the teams of your crosslines is what makes you so unique. You have taught me and members of my team how to work with others, open meetings and encourage the success and leadership of other crosslines. You are all incredible leaders and examples of what we should strive to become. Rick and Michelle, we love you dearly, and we are so thankful for your friendship and leadership.
I cannot imagine what the future holds; however, I do know this is the beginning of my journey and life with Arbonne.
