My dreams are no longer just dreams; they are a reality. When I was offered the gift of Arbonne, I was in a much different place in my life. I had suffered from skin problems so noticeable I avoided looking in mirrors. My dislike for my appearance quickly spread to the way I felt about myself, and the decisions I made in general. Discovering Arbonne has changed all that. I no longer hide from my own reflection — I actually welcome it. My skin has never been this healthy; sometimes I still cannot believe it is actually my reflection in the mirror. Arbonne products have forever changed my skin and this business has forever changed my life! Our Region name, Freedom Reigns, was chosen because when you build an Arbonne business, there is the potential for new freedom in your life. I now have the freedom to choose when and with whom I work, and the potential to purchase the things I want. My children can attend the schools of their choice and we are now able to spend quality time together as a family, traveling to places we only dreamed of. This is precious time that can never be given back, and I am forever grateful we have it.
With Arbonne, I also have the freedom to become the person I was always meant to be! In my life, I have experienced devastating hardships, but because of my never-give-up attitude, I was able to get up and keep pushing. I had moved on, was living my life and doing well, however, I did not realize I was still carrying my past feelings and emotions with me. It is these emotions that translated into fear and guilt — I was afraid of success because I did not think I deserved it. I would purposely push it away because if I did not succeed, I could not feel guilty. Once I realized what I was doing, I made a conscious effort to change the way I thought. When I changed my thinking, my beliefs also changed and here I am today! Now I know I deserve only the best life has to offer.
Starting this business is a lot like learning to drive a car: You are the student and your upline is the driving instructor. The first time you sit in the driver’s seat you are excited, anxious and scared. The same emotions can occur when you step out of your comfort zone and start your Arbonne business. Once you begin to drive the car, you will come across lots of different conditions, like potholes, traffic jams and roadblocks. When you come upon a pothole or a traffic jam, you do not get out of the car, throw your hands in the air and stop the trip right there. You would ease your way through it or simply go around it; or if there is a roadblock, take an alternative route to reach your destination. All of these roadblocks show up in your Arbonne business as well, only they come in the form of fears, beliefs, self-doubt, etc. One important thing you will learn in this business is there will be obstacles on your journey, but you are in the driver’s seat and have the power to work through them. All you have to do is believe in these products, this business and yourself.
Everyone has the potential to do great things in his or her life, if they choose. We were all put on this earth with a purpose; look inside yourself and find yours.
