Kay NapierChief Executive Officer
Katherine (Kay) S. Napier joined Arbonne in August 2009. Kay brings to Arbonne three decades of experience in general management, marketing, international and strategic planning.
Kay is a retired Vice President of the Procter & Gamble Company, where she was head of the North American Pharmaceutical division and the Corporate Women's Health & Vitality platform. During her tenure, her division became the largest company profit contributor for North America.
Kay most recently served as the Senior Vice President of McDonald's, where she spearheaded the launch of the healthy lifestyles initiative and led marketing efforts designed to appeal to women and families in both the U.S. and Europe – an important part of McDonald's legendary corporate turnaround. Kay believes strongly in the global power of women's untapped potential and she is dedicated to bringing beauty, health and prosperity to the Arbonne community.
Gretchen PriceExecutive VP, Chief Financial & Admin. Officer
Gretchen Price joined Arbonne in July 2011 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. In this multi–faceted role, Gretchen works closely with Arbonne's CEO to oversee company financials and operations. She is directly responsible for the finance and accounting, operations, human resources, operational aspects of information technology and international departments.
Before Arbonne, Gretchen served as Executive Vice President, Administration and Chief Financial Officer at philosophy, Inc. and is also a former Procter & Gamble executive. Gretchen graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor's degree in accounting, and she earned the Certified Internal Auditor designation in 1996. She also currently serves as a Director of the Cincinnati Financial Corporation, a mid-size national property/casualty insurer.
Michael D'ArminioSr. VP & Chief Creative Officer
Michael D'Arminio recently joined Arbonne as Chief Creative Officer. Michael has more than 18 years of experience as a marketing executive, helping shape the marketing and creative vision for some of the world's best-known beauty brands. Michael began his career in global advertising and worked at Ogilvy and Mather and Donna Karan International.
More recently, Michael was Chief Creative Officer at philosophy, and VP of Global Marketing and Creative for Unilever Cosmetics International, Coty Prestige and L'Oreal. Michael received his degree in Marketing from Hofstra University.
Heather ChastainSr. VP & Chief Sales Officer
Heather Chastain joined Arbonne in September 2012 and guides key areas of the business related to Arbonne's Independent Consultant sales force – field development and sales – including expanding and supporting the multicultural markets, public relations, sales force events and online marketing. With more than 16 years in the direct selling industry, Heather was most recently President of Celebrating Home and successfully executed several Vice President roles at BeautiControl. Chastain is also a member of the board of the Direct Selling Association. Heather graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Business Administration.
Joe WojcikSr. VP, International
Joe Wojcik joined Arbonne in August 2014. Joe provides leadership, vision and focus for Arbonne’s ongoing development of foreign markets, and most immediately in the execution of our international launches into new markets, such as Poland and Taiwan.
With 20 years of experience building and managing international expansion and bottom-line profitability, Joe has a successful track record with diverse organizations, much of it in the MLM industry. In 2007, he established an independent consulting practice, Endurance Business Solutions, which focuses on evaluating strategic entry into international markets.
Joe also has served as Vice President, International, of Reliv International, where he successfully overaw 14 markets outside of the United States and Canada. Previously, he also led multiple international markets for Herbalife International Inc.
Joe’s wide breadth of experience with proven results makes him a valuable addition to the leadership team.
Guy ThierChief Information Officer
Guy Thier brings approximately 20 years of CIO experience to Arbonne from public, private and private equity ownership business models with extensive experience in both IT strategy development as well as grass roots execution of complex projects. He joins us from Bally Total Fitness, where he served as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the last 10 years, overseeing successful IT planning and execution, while achieving operational efficiencies for the $1 billion, 400-club organization. Previously, Guy led the IT functions at LINC Capital and Chernin's Shoes.
Ashley GoodSr. VP & Chief Legal Officer
Ashley Good is responsible for all legal affairs at Arbonne, where she oversees the company's Regulatory Department, Legal Department and Business Ethics Standards Team (Compliance). She also spends a significant amount of her time overseeing strategic projects for Arbonne, including the launch of the Arbonne Charitable Foundation, the improvement of Arbonne's Preferred Client program, and initiatives to continually improve compensation for Arbonne's Independent Consultants. In 2013, Ashley was named General Counsel of the Year - Private Company by the Orange County Business Journal. She also serves on the Board of the Arbonne Charitable Foundation and the Orange County Bar Association Charitable Fund, and as Corporate Secretary to Arbonne's parent company, Natural Products Group, Inc. Before she was using her skills to help transform lives at Arbonne, she helped transform companies. Ashley began her career at the global law firm Latham & Watkins LLP, representing public and private companies in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. She holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor's (Human Biology) and Master's (Education) degree from Stanford University. Ashley loves that as a busy mom of two, she can use Arbonne's CC Creme, It’s a Long Story Mascara and the seasonal Arbonne Cosmetics color collections to look perfectly presentable in 5 minutes flat.
Peter MatraversSr. VP, Chief Scientific Officer
Peter Matravers came to the Arbonne family in 2008, taking the role of Sr. Vice President, Chief Scientific Officer. Peter, who holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, guides the Product Development and Regulatory teams in creating extraordinary and innovative products.
Peter has more than 25 years of skin care and consumer product development experience and has supported the success of several major name brands. His accomplishments include proprietary ingredient development, creative formulations and new methodologies in product performance testing. Peter is also the recipient of over 20 U.S. and international patents in these areas.
Karen StoutSr. VP, Human Resources
Karen Stout joined Arbonne in January, 2011. Karen is an experienced Human Resources Professional with a broad range of hands-on experience and deep expertise in the continuum of HR functions.
Most recently, Karen was Executive VP with EW Partners, a human resource consulting firm. She has also previously held senior HR roles at Charles Schwab, Irvine Company and Transamerica. Karen received her Bachelor's Degree Summa Cum Laude in Political Science from Cal State Fullerton, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Karen's accomplishments, along with her straightforward decision–making and communication style, embodies many of the values and principles that make Arbonne an exceptional company for both employees and Arbonne Independent Consultants alike.
Glenn KlagesSr. VP, Operations
Glenn Klages joined Arbonne in January, 2014. Glenn has many years of Supply Chain executive experience in various industries. He has played an important leadership role and has a strong track record in forecasting, planning, plant operations, customer service, distribution and transportation in both retail and wholesale.
Most recently, he served as SVP of Operations Supply Chain at philosophy and led similar roles at Carters and Bath & Body Works.
Gregory ColbertVP, Financial Planning & Analysis
Gregory Colbert joined Arbonne in 2008 and is Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis. He is responsible for developing financial models related to potential new programs, promotions or changes to the current business, along with developing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and five-year strategic plans.
Before coming to Arbonne, Colbert served as a financial manager at Delta Dental of California, where he oversaw the budgeting process and most of the accounting functions for their managed care division. He earned his BA degree from Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pa.
Geoffrey PankauVice President, Controller
Geoffrey Pankau joined Arbonne in mid 2011 as Vice President, Controller. His responsibilities include accounting, tax and treasury for Arbonne. Geoff comes from International Architectural Group, where he served as Vice President, Corporate Controller. There, he managed all aspects of accounting, financial analysis and planning, taxation, treasury and information technology.
He has held a variety of positions throughout his career including Corporate Controller for Yamaha Corporation of America and Senior Auditor for Price Waterhouse. Geoffrey holds a BS degree in Biology from Central Michigan University, and an MBA in Finance from California State University, San Bernardino. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Managerial Accountant.
Stian MørckManaging Director
Stian Mørck joined Arbonne in 1989, and became involved in every aspect of the business, from customer service and field support, to marketing, operations and sales. In his current role as Managing Director, Stian works closely with Field leaders acting as a key liaison between the Independent Consultants and Arbonne.
Stian attends Consultant related events, speaking engagements and other activities, and works directly with corporate executives and staff on Consultant tools and materials. Stian also provides guidance to the company and contributes to further Arbonne's culture by providing historical perspective, personal experiences and resources.
Stian has many years of network marketing expertise and business management experience in the direct selling industry and has served as a DSA Board Member. Stian holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and is the son of Arbonne's beloved late founder, Petter Mørck.
