Customer Service will be open 8.30 a.m.–7 p.m. G.M.T on the final business day (If it falls on Monday-Friday) for phone and fax orders. Online orders will be accepted until 10 p.m. G.M.T on the actual final day of the month for that month's qualifications. Any requests for backdating must be submitted to customerservice@arbonneinternational.co.uk by 12 p.m. G.M.T the first business day after close. CID and Order numbers must be included on all requests for backdating.

Arbonne Special Delivery

Arbonne Special Delivery (ASD) is an easy and convenient way to make sure you never run out of your favourite products. To ensure your must haves are automatically delivered to your door as often as you need them follow these simple steps:

  • Choose the products you wish to receive
  • Select the delivery frequency you prefer
  • Check Out

If for any reason you want to change your order go online to Manage ASD.

Return Mechandise Authorisation (RMA)

Please allow 2–4 weeks for refunds to be processed once the item is received in our warehouse. Arbonne is committed to using only beneficial and high quality ingredients. All our formulations are subject to exhaustive laboratory testing. If, however, within 45 days of purchase, your Client is not completely satisfied with any Arbonne product, you may return the unused portion to Arbonne for a full refund of the price paid or replacement product. Independent Consultants may return product for refund or exchange within 21 days of the order date. Consultants, please refer to Section 8 of the Policies & Procedures Manual for more information regarding returns.

To Return or Exchange Product, YOU MUST OBTAIN a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number.

  • Obtain an RMA# by calling Arbonne Customer Service at 0800 977 5721.
  • Packages received without an RMA# will be returned to sender.
