Canada Shipping Deadlines for December 25 Delivery:*

Final day to make your last-minute purchases at the Arbonne Counter from 10 a.m.­–4 p.m. local time

*Weather permitting. Orders must be placed by 11:59 p.m. Pacific time. Shipping exceptions may apply in remote areas of Newfoundland, the Territories, and British Columbia.

Last Business Day

Customer Service will be open 6 a.m.–8 p.m. Pacific time on the final business day (If it falls on Monday–Saturday) for phone and fax orders. Online orders will be accepted until 10 p.m. Pacific time on the actual final day of the month for that month's qualifications.

Purchase Genuine Arbonne Products

The Business Ethics Standards Team is devoted to assisting Arbonne Independent Consultants with adherence to our Policies & Procedures and upholding the ethics codes of the Direct Selling Associations of the countries in which we operate.

After you complete the checkout process, the items you’ve selected for Arbonne Autoship will be added to a new Arbonne Autoship order. Your initial order is not considered an Arbonne Autoship order.

Green Will Call

If you're local to the Canada or U.S. offices, you can select Green Will Call as a shipping method. Product orders are placed in Arbonne recyclable cloth bags instead of packaged in boxes, and they can be picked up at Will Call at the Arbonne office locations.

  • Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m.–7 p.m. (Eastern Time)

The Arbonne Counter

Located in the Toronto Home Office, the “Arbonne Counter” is Arbonne’s first in-house showroom where Consultants are able to view, sample, and purchase select Arbonne products. The Arbonne Counter is open during Toronto’s Will Call business hours.

Note: Purchases from the Arbonne Counter are restricted to Arbonne Consultants and Preferred Clients only, and are subject to a $5 service fee. This fee is waived if your purchase is made at the time of your Will Call order pick-up.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

To return or exchange product(s), YOU MUST OBTAIN a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Obtain an RMA number by calling Arbonne Customer Service at 1.888.ARBONNE. Packages received without an RMA number will be returned to sender.
