Jean-David Schwartz joined Arbonne in 2018. He brings over two decades of industry experience in general management, finance, business strategy, and international development. He has held executive positions for Yves Rocher, Stanhome, and Tridem Pharma Group, and most recently, as CEO for Yves Rocher North America. Jean-David has a passion for the network marketing industry, a firm belief in the Arbonne brand history, and deep respect for the planet we share. Through strong leadership and his vision for the company, he is dedicated to bringing healthy living to people’s lives through Arbonne and its incredible community. Jean-David received his degree in Business Administration from EDHEC Lille-France.

Anthony Dene joined Arbonne in 2016 as Vice President, General Manager, Australia and New Zealand. Anthony is a seasoned business leader with nearly two decades of executive, commercial and marketing experience within the Direct Selling industry. Most recently, he served as Vice President Marketing for Avon.

Anthony is well-versed in developing and driving strategic agenda across diverse international markets and has a passion for building customer and consultant relationships. We look forward to his energetic leadership approach in delivering continued success of the business. Anthony received his degree in Economics and Marketing at the University of New South Wales.

Michael D'Arminio has more than 18 years of experience as a marketing executive, helping shape the marketing and creative vision for some of the world's best-known beauty brands. Michael began his career in global advertising and worked at Ogilvy and Mather and Donna Karan International.

More recently, Michael was Chief Creative Officer at philosophy, and VP of Global Marketing and Creative for Unilever Cosmetics International, Coty Prestige and L'Oreal. Michael received his degree in Marketing from Hofstra University.

Guy Thier brings approximately 20 years of CIO experience to Arbonne from public, private and private equity ownership business models with extensive experience in both IT strategy development as well as grass roots execution of complex projects. He joins us from Bally Total Fitness, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for the last 10 years, overseeing successful IT planning and execution, while achieving operational efficiencies for the $1 billion, 400-club organisation. Previously, Guy led the IT functions at LINC Capital and Chernin's Shoes.

Fabienne Smolinski joined Arbonne in May, 2017 with over 20 years of Human Resources experience for several Fortune 100 organizations and top employers in Orange County. Most recently, Fabienne served as the Executive Vice President of People for The New Home Company, a luxury home builder based in Aliso Viejo. She was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, seeing the company grow 200% in headcount, going public and being named a Top Workplace, all within one year. Prior to joining The New Home Company, Fabienne held Senior Leadership roles in companies such as Bausch+Lomb, Allergan, and Fluor Corporation.

Fabienne holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and an undergraduate BS, Business Administration. She is a Certified Compensation Professional through World at Work and is DDI certified. Her active affiliations include the Society of Human Resources Professionals, National Association of Professional Women, and the National Human Resources Association.

Fabienne lives in Dana Point with her partner Bob and has a daughter who plays D1 soccer for UC Davis. Fabienne’s motto is “to always look for opportunities to do things better than you did before and leave a legacy through creativity, honesty and hard work.”

Gregory Colbert joined Arbonne in 2008. He is responsible for developing financial models related to potential new programs, promotions or changes to the current business, along with developing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and five-year strategic plans.

Before coming to Arbonne, Colbert served as a financial manager at Delta Dental of California, where he oversaw the budgeting process and most of the accounting functions for their managed care division. He earned his BA degree from Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pa.

Bernadette Chala joined the Arbonne team in 2012, supporting our Legal and Compliance teams, first as our Corporate Counsel and now as our Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel. Bernadette’s responsibilities include overseeing Arbonne’s day-to-day legal affairs and direct sales compliance, managing Arbonne’s intellectual property estate, overseeing marketing compliance, and supporting Arbonne’s Regulatory team and global product distribution and expansion.

Before joining Arbonne, Bernadette served as the General Counsel of American Sporting Goods/AVIA, a leading manufacturer and supplier of footwear and apparel, where she oversaw that company’s entire legal affairs and compliance efforts. She earned her Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law and is an active member of the State Bar of California. Bernadette loves working at a company where she happily uses its products every day and would like to remind you that you are only as old as your skincare regimen.

Stian Mørck joined Arbonne in 1989, and became involved in every aspect of the business, from customer service and field support, to marketing, operations and sales. In his current role as Managing Director, Stian works closely with Field leaders acting as a key liaison between the Independent Consultants and Arbonne.

Stian attends Consultant-related events, speaking engagements and other activities, and works directly with corporate executives and staff on Consultant tools and materials. Stian also provides guidance to the company and contributes to further Arbonne's culture by providing historical perspective, personal experiences and resources.

Stian has many years of network marketing expertise and business management experience in the direct selling industry and has served as a DSA Board Member. Stian holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and is the son of Arbonne's beloved late founder, Petter Mørck.
