FedEx Handling Fees
There will be an additional $5 Handling Fee on all FedEx shipments and Will Call orders due to extra handling required in the warehouse for these orders.

Will Call Hours & Handling Fees
The Will Call shipping method means you will pick up your order at a distribution center. Your order will not be shipped to you. You will not receive a call when your order is ready for pick up. There will be an additional $5 Handling Fee on all Will Call orders due to extra handling required in the warehouse for these orders.

• Will Call is available in Irvine, CA and Greenwood, IN.
• All orders placed by 1 p.m. local time will be available for pick up by 5 p.m. the same day.
  All orders placed after 1 p.m. local time will be available for pick up the following morning.
• Will Call hours are: 9 a.m. — 6 p.m. local time, Monday — Friday. Will Call service is not available on the weekends.
• Orders will be available at the facility for five business days. On the sixth business day, orders will be returned to stock. Product credits and payments (if any) will be reversed. Handling fees will not be refunded.

Surcharge Fees
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories will have an added surcharge fee. For orders up to $249.99 total SRP, a $2 fee will apply. Orders of $250+ will include a $5 surcharge fee.

This custom shipping fee is waived if you include a $250 PRV product order with a new consultant application.
