CLIENT PRODUCT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

A 90 day money back guarantee is offered on all Arbonne products to Clients (including Preferred Clients). Clients not completely satisfied may return the purchased products to their Independent Consultant or Arbonne for a replacement or full refund within 90 days from the Client purchase date. Arbonne will refund shipping fees 100% if all the products are returned to Arbonne. If only part of the order is being returned, Arbonne will not refund the shipping. Promotional products and gift items may not be available for replacement, and may, at Arbonne's discretion, be exchanged for an item of equal value. The product guarantee applies only to orders placed through an Arbonne authorised sales channel. INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT RETURN POLICY

Arbonne Independent Consultants are eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase price, less appropriate set-offs and legal claims, if any, on product inventory and Business Aids and Business Tools purchased within one year from the date of return. Inventory being returned must be in re-saleable condition. Arbonne Independent Consultants may exchange products for equal or like value.
