Air Travel Booking Procedure

1. Once your registration is complete a travel form link will be emailed to you to complete by OCTOBER 25, 2024.
2. Complete the NVP Travel form to start your flight booking process.
3. The travel agency will contact you after submission via email or phone to book your flights. To ensure accurate flight bookings, please confirm your flight details and relay any discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt of the email itinerary or the reservation will be forfeited. Once you approve, the travel agency will finalize your flight reservation, and you will receive your flight confirmation via email.
As a friendly reminder if you booked and have confirmation from the Hyatt on a pre/post night, make sure your flight itinerary matches.
4. To make any changes after you receive your final flight itinerary, contact the travel agency directly. You will be responsible for any applicable change fees incurred.

ALL flights MUST be booked through Arbonne's designated travel agency NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 15, 2024, in order to have Arbonne cover the cost of your flight and any applicable guest airfare. Flight booking exceptions will not be made if travel is submitted after NOVEMBER 15, 2024. FLIGHTS BOOKED ON YOUR OWN WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED BY ARBONNE.

First Class Airfare

If you wish to upgrade to a first-class ticket for yourself and your adult guest at your expense, please specify this on the NVP Travel Form. The travel agency will contact you to collect payment information and book your flight(s).

Ground Transportation

Arbonne will provide ground transportation for you and your adult guest only* to and from Kahului Airport (OGG) and the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa on the official event dates.
Arrival: Tuesday, January 7
Departure: Sunday, January 12

If you choose not to use the transportation provided or are arriving early/departing late, any airport transfer expenses you may incur will not be reimbursed.

Should you have more than your one permitted guest, there will be a fee of $125 per person each way or $250 roundtrip. You must return to your registration page to add and pay for ground transportation for any additional guests.

The cost of a cab (or app based rideshare) from Kahului Airport to Ka’anapali is approximately $125 (depending on time and service). For more information, call Maui Airport Taxi at 1 (808) 877-2002.

*Your guest must be 18 years of age or older and cannot be an Arbonne Independent Consultant unless your guest is your spouse, significant other or immediate family member. Guests must be registered to attend the event.
